  • Your personal training sessions with your coach will primarily focus on resistance training. Depending on your goals, you will be working on developing muscular strength, endurance, aerobic and anaerobic capacity, athleticism and functional mobility.

    Our personal training programs are expertly crafted and individualised for you, with exercises and modalities selected by your coach to best suit your goals, experience and current fitness level. Each personal training program will consist of 6-week training cycles with specific exercise variations, rep ranges, load and total overall volume depending on what phase of your training you are currently in.

    Unlike many generic fitness classes that often use overly complex training programs and methods that can be, in many cases, random, directionless, or downright ineffective, we pride ourselves on having created highly effective and properly periodised training programs with clear-cut objectives. Our results speak for themselves, as our programs have guided hundreds of people to achieve their health and fitness goals.

  • This service includes an personalised nutrition plan complete with specific dietary strategies and targets, as well as a custom meal plan if needed. Whether your goal is to lose body fat, build muscle, as well as improve your strength, fitness and overall health in a sustainable and healthy manner, having a good nutrition plan with simple, effective strategies will help you achieve just that.

    You and your coach will determine how meticulous or relaxed your approach to dieting and nutrition will be. Whether you have the time and energy for calorie and macronutrient tracking, or prefer a more relaxed approach with minimal tracking, your coach will guide you along the way to make the best dietary choices.

    This service is delivered via an online spreadsheet and a custom nutrition guide PDF. It will also include weekly check-ins and feedback from your coach..

  • Outside of your personal training sessions with your coach, a custom training program will be provided for you if you choose to opt for one as part of your coaching package.

    The training program will be specifically tailored to you and your current fitness and experience levels. Whether or not you see your coach once, twice or three times a week for personal training sessions, the custom training program is designed for you to do in your own time during the other days of a given training week. The training program is also delivered via an online spreadsheet. The service will also come with weekly check-ins from your coach as well to ensure that you are on the right track when it comes to your training.

  • When you and and your coach meet within the first few weeks of your coaching, you will be setting specific strategies when it comes to your training, diet and lifestyle. The accountability coaching service will further enhance your coaching experience, as your coach will be monitoring not just your training and diet, but your lifestyle habits as well.

    The service will come with a spreadsheet with your specific goals and strategies, both in the long term (monthly, quarterly and even yearly), and short term (weekly and daily). This is for both you and your coach to set on a weekly basis during your accountability coaching sessions (separate from the personal training sessions). The spreadsheet will also come with a biofeedback tracker for you to complete. This section of the spreadsheet is for you and your coach to track your physical, physiological and psychological states which will help you both set your long and short term goals moving forward.

    During these accountability coaching sessions, you and your coach are to review the weekly goals from the previous week and to set the upcoming goals for the following week. These goals and strategies will range from training frequency, dietary goals (following a meal plan, hitting calorie and macro targets, etc.), as well as other lifestyle goals (eg. sleeping 8 hours or reaching a certain amount of daily steps).

    Having a coach not just help you set your fitness and health goals but keep you accountable on a regular basis as well will make your journey much smoother with an even greater chance at succeeding. Many clients over the years who have opted for this service have had a much easier time throughout their journey by having increased adherence to the training, diet and lifestyle plan designed by your coach.
